Everyone has seen those glow in the dark star stickers and no doubt many of you reading this will have had some of them stuck on your bedroom ceiling as a child.

The main problems with them are that they don’t glow very brightly, they don’t look very realistic and they also make a mess of your ceiling decor if you try and remove them.

What the majority of people worldwide don’t know is that there is a far better alternative. One that is absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD and which astounds adults and children alike but which can be created by almost anyone who is able to climb up a couple of steps and touch the ceiling.  What is it? For the past 5 years I have been teaching people how to create these amazing star ceilings and how to set up their own businesses. The video above shows Carl, one of my students, who was asked to create a ceiling as part of a bedroom makeover for 2 young boys on the DIY SOS programme on BBC1.

As you can see and hear it went down a storm!

These amazing star ceilings are created using glow in the dark paint plus some readily available items (most of which you would have at home anyway).

They make a fantastic surprise gift for both children and adults. The great thing about them is that once completed they are virtually invisible in daylight and it is only when the room is in darkness that the ceiling comes to life.

You can therefore complete a star ceiling in secret and completely surprise your child or partner when they climb into bed at night!

What Can I Put On My Star Ceiling?

What you create is entirely up to you. Your ceiling can be as simple as putting just a few stars above the bed, you can create a ‘porthole’ to the stars type effect or you can really get into it and create the Milky Way, shooting stars, gas clouds and planets. You can even incorporate favourite film or TV characters into it if you want.

Once you have been taught the techniques glow in the dark star ceilings really are simple to create and you are only limited by your own imagination.

What is special about a Cosmic Star Ceiling?

The amazing thing about a Cosmic Star Ceiling is that during the day it is invisible!

INVISIBLE BY DAY – INCREDIBLE BY NIGHT

It will not impact on your existing decor in any way. The ceiling will look exactly the same as it did before you applied the magic effects to it! It gives you the opportunity to create a true surprise for your child.

But at night as soon as the curtains are closed and the light is switched off the ceiling comes to life and you can see all the Cosmic effects. Then, when you switch on the light or it becomes daylight again it magically disappears.

Children are totally fascinated by them. They can help kids who are afraid of the dark actually go to sleep with their light off as they act like a night light.
